a2jl Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the a2jl website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the a2jl Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the a2jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of a2jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the a2jl Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

a2jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by a2jl may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of games and services on a2jl, you are required to register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, and to update such information promptly if it changes.

The following rules apply to all a2jl accounts:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one active a2jl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. a2jl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• No account transfer: Your a2jl account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Accurate information: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

a2jl reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the a2jl Platform are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Finance / Wallet page and may be updated from time to time.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. a2jl reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• a2jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are detailed on the Finance / Wallet page. a2jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

a2jl does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which a2jl bears no responsibility.

a2jl may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. a2jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer will specify applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. Players must satisfy all stated conditions before a bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• a2jl reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and in the process of being wagered will be honoured subject to the original terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the a2jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

a2jl is committed to providing a fair gaming environment:

• All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics that have been independently tested and verified for fairness.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are as specified by the respective game providers and are available upon request.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, a2jl's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. a2jl's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed after a game round has commenced may be voided at a2jl's discretion.
• a2jl reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a2jl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward a2jl staff or other players.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your a2jl account.

a2jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your a2jl account.
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a chosen period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from a2jl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any a2jl trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of a2jl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by a2jl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a2jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond a2jl's reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any actions taken by a2jl in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or termination.

a2jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your a2jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude a2jl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

a2jl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

a2jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a2jl will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and a2jl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting a2jl's customer support team. a2jl will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent a2jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
